How to generate useful subject lines
Describe one specific email rather than an entire campaign. Name the reader, the concrete outcome they want and evidence that genuinely appears in the email. The generator combines those inputs into several angles so you can choose a subject that accurately previews the message.
Example input
For a newsletter about weekly meal planning, you might enter “five weeknight dinners” as the topic, “busy parents” as the audience, “shop once and cook faster” as the benefit and “a tested $75 grocery list” as proof. A clear subject should reflect that real value instead of adding unsupported urgency.
How to choose and test a result
Shortlist two or three subjects that match the email body. Check how they look on a phone, remove repeated words and make sure the sender name provides enough context. For an A/B test, change one major idea at a time and compare opens alongside clicks, replies, conversions and unsubscribe rates. Open rate alone can be distorted by privacy features and does not prove that a subject was useful.
Avoid misleading claims
Do not use fake deadlines, “Re:” when there was no earlier conversation, invented personalization or promises the email cannot deliver. Keep proof truthful and current. This tool proposes wording; it cannot verify your claims, brand rules, legal obligations or deliverability.
